Postpone non-essentials. Eventually, you'll find that you don't need them anyway.

Don't have strong images, preferences, and demands. Be resourceful. Make the best of what you have, instead of running out for things.

Count your blessings instead of your feelings and imaginary misfortunes.

Take care of your health. Letting your health go down the drain leads to a lot of complications in life.

Use time efficiently. Don't putter around like a scatterbrain.

Do important things right away. Don't let things slide. Then you won't have a million things on your mind.


If we take care of little things right away, then we won't have a big problem later on.


A good mental attitude is very important. Never have self-defeating self-talk.


He is a true achiever who gains peace and success at the same time.


Make yesterday's mistake today's lesson, not a problem.
